What Chat Operators Actually Get Paid.
This is the same grade table our team pulls internally, not a rounded-up marketing figure. It shows what each grade pays, roughly how long operators take to reach it, and what share of the current roster sits there. Numbers move a little every quarter as the roster grows — this snapshot is from Q2 2026.

Monthly pay by grade — from our internal Q2 2026 payout data.
Starter
Your first grade, active from day one. Straightforward chats on your assigned shifts, minimum 3h a day.
Rising
Quicker typing and steadier quality earn you tougher conversations. Same 3h floor, more chats handled per shift.
Pro
Full, reliable shifts — usually 5–6h a day — and consistent quality across busy hours. You're trusted with several threads and the harder chats.
Elite
Our top tier — high volume, high quality, typically 6–8h a day with extra slots during peak demand. Only a small slice of operators reach it.
Where do these numbers come from?
Every figure on this page comes from our own payout records across 75+ active operators in Q2 2026 — nothing scraped, nothing estimated. It's an honest snapshot of what our current roster earns, not a promise of what you personally will make: your grade, hours, and results decide your actual pay.
What decides how much you take home?
Hours you put in
The floor is 3h a day, and pay scales with the shifts you actually work — more consistent hours move you up the range faster.
Chat quality
How well you keep conversations going matters more than raw message count. Sloppy, short replies stall your grade; sharp, engaged chats push it forward.
Extra languages
Operators who can also translate cover more partner threads and open up the higher end of a grade's range faster.
Retention
Users who keep coming back to you count for more than one-off replies. Steady, repeat conversations are what move you toward Pro and Elite.

Still have questions about pay?
Is $1,240 a typical operator’s pay, or just the top earners?
It's the average across all 75+ active operators, starters included — so it sits between the Starter floor and the Elite ceiling, pulled up by the higher grades.
How fast can I move up a grade?
Most operators reach Rising around month 3, Pro around month 7, and Elite around month 14 — based on consistent hours and quality, not tenure alone.
Do these figures include bonuses?
Yes, the ranges reflect total monthly payout. Every payout goes out on Friday, with a $30 minimum per cycle.
What if I can only work the minimum hours?
That's fine — 3h a day keeps you active at Starter. Extra hours and stronger chats are what move you into the higher grades.
