This page covers the one form on this site that asks for anything about you — the application form. No accounts, no separate sign-up, no other data collection anywhere on OpChats.
Fields you type in
The form asks for your name, one contact method (Telegram handle, WhatsApp number, or email), the position you want, and your self-rated English level. An optional field lets you tell us where you heard about us.
What gets attached automatically
Submitting the form also attaches a set of technical details your browser sends anyway: the IP address you're connecting from, the country that maps to, your browser and device signature, screen size and timezone, the page you landed on, and, when a paid link or campaign brought you here, that link's tags (UTM parameters, click IDs). That IP address is what lets us cap how many submissions come from one connection in an hour. None of this is used to build a profile of you; it exists to catch bots and duplicate submissions and to tell us which channel a real applicant came from.
Where it is kept
Everything lands in Cloudflare D1, a database on Cloudflare's own infrastructure. Only the small group of people at OpChats running hiring can query it. We don't export it into a spreadsheet, a CRM, or anywhere else.
Who else sees it
The moment you submit, a copy of the same fields is pushed to a private Telegram chat used by our hiring team, so someone can respond fast. That message passes through Telegram's own servers under Telegram's own rules — we don't control that leg of the trip, only what we choose to send. Nobody outside the hiring team ever receives your application, and it is never sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
None. No cookie banner, no analytics tag, no pixel firing in the background. The technical details above are read once, at the moment you submit, directly off the request — nothing is planted in your browser to follow you afterward.
How long we hold it, and deleting it
We keep applications while a hiring decision and, if you join, your working history are still relevant, and clear out what is no longer needed on an ongoing basis. If you want your entry gone sooner, the fastest route is the application form itself: submit a short deletion request through it with the contact detail you originally applied with, and we will remove the record.
Changes
If what we collect or how we handle it changes, this page changes with it — the "Updated" stamp above always matches whatever version is live right now.
